For Job Seekers

You are solely responsible for the content of your profile, resume, and job applications
You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
You understand that UniverHubss does not guarantee job placement
You agree not to apply for jobs for which you are not qualified

For Employers and Recruiters

You warrant that all job listings are for legitimate employment opportunities
You agree to accurately describe the job, its requirements, and compensation
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable employment laws
You agree not to discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics
You understand that UniverHubss does not guarantee candidate placement

Content

User Content

By posting content on UniverHubss, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Services. This license terminates when you remove your content from our Services.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to post content that:

Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties
Consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”
Contains hate speech, violent or discriminatory content

Content Removal

UniverHubss reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.

All content on the Services not uploaded by users, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of UniverHubss or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions

Fees and Payments

Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

Termination by UniverHubss

UniverHubss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
We may delete your account information and content
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

No Guarantees

UniverHubss does not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or communications
That defects in the Services will be corrected
That the Services will be available at any particular time or location
That the Services will be secure or error-free

Employment Relationships

UniverHubss is not an employment agency and does not guarantee job placement or hiring. We are a platform connecting job seekers and employers and are not responsible for employment decisions or relationships that may result.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNIVERHUBSS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIVERHUBSS’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by UniverHubss, constitute the entire agreement between you and UniverHubss concerning the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without our prior written consent but may be assigned by UniverHubss without restriction.

Force Majeure

UniverHubss shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disaster, pandemic, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military authority, acts of any government, communications failure, power failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
