This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of global education, social innovation, and community engagement—supporting young changemakers as they implement impact-driven projects and grow into lifelong Global Citizens.

About the Melton Foundation

Founded in 1991, the Melton Foundation is a global non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Global Citizenship as a means to build inclusive and sustainable societies. With over 650 Melton Fellows worldwide, the Foundation equips young leaders with the tools, networks, and experiences needed to address complex global challenges through collaboration across cultures, sectors, and disciplines.

Through fellowships and learning programs, the Melton Foundation fosters skills in leadership, intercultural dialogue, and social innovation, enabling participants to become catalysts for change in their communities and beyond.

About the Programs

Global Citizenship Learning Program (GCLP) is designed for university students and emphasizes leadership, critical thinking, and global collaboration. Participants engage in interactive workshops, reflective learning, and co-created projects aimed at advancing global equity.

Global Solvers Accelerator (GSA) targets young social entrepreneurs who are already leading impactful projects. Over eight months, participants benefit from peer learning, mentorship, and practical tools to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in their communities.
