Key role requirements:
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in different schools and cover a range of subjects

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classes in the absence of regular teachers
- Ensure classroom discipline and engage students in meaningful activities
- Support student progress and learning in the absence of their usual teacher
- Follow and enforce school rules and guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience assisting secondary school children (teaching or mentoring expertise desirable)
- A strong passion for supporting students’ education
- Relevant qualifications (Teaching qualifications or a degree, depending on the role)
- Valid improved DBS check (or readiness for enrollment for one)
- For Cover Supervisors, a degree and relevant experience are required

The pay rates provided include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is for temporary employment, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role later.
