Role Overview:
The Head of Region for Africa provides strategic leadership, support, and coordination to Teach For All’s network partners and teams across the African continent. The position focuses on strengthening organizational capacity, promoting collaboration among country partners, and advancing educational equity through shared learning and leadership development.

2. Global Lead, Financial Consulting & Advisory
Department: Collective Learning & Consulting
Location: Remote – Open to candidates in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, including Australia, Canada, India, Nigeria, South Africa, and Spain.
Role Overview:
This position leads Teach For All’s financial advisory and consulting work, supporting network partners to strengthen financial sustainability and strategic resource management. The Global Lead will provide expert guidance, build capacity among partner organizations, and develop tools for financial planning and analysis.
3. Lead Designer
Department: Communications & Experiences
Location: Fully Remote – Open to candidates across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania.
Role Overview:
The Lead Designer will drive creative design and branding initiatives to communicate Teach For All’s mission and amplify the stories of partner organizations. This includes developing visual assets, multimedia campaigns, and digital experiences that inspire engagement and learning across the network.

4. Business Intelligence Analyst
Department: Data, Planning, and Analysis
